When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, message, consent record, and limited technical information needed to protect the form. We use this information to respond to you, provide requested ministry follow-up, protect the website from abuse, keep reasonable ministry records, and meet legal obligations. Please avoid sending health, family, belief, or other sensitive personal information through the general Contact form unless it is necessary and you choose to do so.
Contact-form enquiries are recorded in the website’s protected enquiry log and, when the website’s mail transport is configured, are sent to amen@kingdomintimateworship.org. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, and human-verification services, including Cloudflare Turnstile. We share information only where needed for those services, where required by law, or with your permission. If a provider processes information outside Kenya, KIWM will use safeguards required by applicable law.
